Expectations – Yours and Ours

As in any business relationship there are expectations for all concerned. We have put together a list of both client and service provider expectations so that we both understand our role and responsibility when an order for a SkyeTour - Real Estate Listing Tour is placed.

1. Thorough communication on “key elements” is important!
Your “expertise” for describing a property is a critical contribution to the process. Without your insight to the property our ability to deliver a powerful presentation is diminished greatly. If you feel there are special physical attributes such as; a theatre, wine cellar, spa, Italian marble, antique lighting or special construction or architectural designs or any other unique interior/exterior features that will single out your listing, please write this down and share them with us. This information is invaluable to the photographer and script writer of your listing presentation.

2. Only one revision is allowed per video listing tour.
Our goal is to digitally capture, script and produce a comprehensive, beautiful video listing tour for each SkyeTour in a timely manner. A SkyeTour that gets bogged down in edits is not serving you effectively! Thorough communication on both our parts will reduce the risk of hold ups and the potential for a bad experience. Let's start early in the process even before the script is written. If additional edits are required beyond the "one-time revision" we will bill at our standard hourly rate until you are satisfied with the result.

3. K.I.S.S.! (Keep It Short Sweetie): Highlight the grandest of features, those features that will make the difference.
A successful video listing tour is designed to portray an image to the viewer of a property's best features in a relatively short amount of time. "Features that make the difference" will get motivated prospects to say to themselves, "I must see this home." Experience has shown us that keeping the viewing length of a video listing presentation as close to one minute as possible is the optimum. This gives us enough time to provide just enough information to entice the prospect to schedule that showing and not too much information to exclude your listing.

4. Natural outdoor lighting is not always best with a sunny day for capturing video!
A partly cloudy day provides a more even and softer light reducing the harshest shadows and glare that can limit some of the intricate details in exterior and interior shots, especially around windows. Additionally, a subdued light helps almost all interior shots become more even and less grainy to the viewing public.
